We're a US-based studio, and every order is made and shipped right here in the States.
How are your products made?
Each piece is personalized and printed just for you after you order, never mass-produced in advance. Designed to be gifted, made to be kept.
When will my order ship?
Every piece is made just for you, so here's how it works.
The moment you order, you'll get a confirmation email, and we submit it for production 2 hours after your payment goes through. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Once it ships, you'll get an email with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.
Sometimes a larger order travels in more than one parcel. If that happens, you'll just receive a few tracking emails instead of one, nothing to worry about.
